What is the Hair Planning Session?

A free 20-minute video call for every new client. You share your hair history, your goals, and what has not worked before. Joanna walks you through her process and you both decide if it is a fit. Nothing is booked until you feel aligned.

How much do services cost?

Every service is custom, so pricing depends on your hair, your goals, and the time involved. Joanna walks you through a realistic investment range during your Hair Planning Session so there are no surprises.

What if I have had bad hair experiences before?

Many of Joanna's clients come to her after difficult experiences with previous stylists. The Hair Planning Session exists so trust is built before anything happens in the chair. You will never be rushed or pressured into a service you are unsure about.

I am a returning client. How do I book?

Returning clients book directly through the booking page. You do not need to go through the Hair Planning Session again.
